Cookie policy and how we use browser storage

Last updated: 8 September 2026

This policy explains how panoptiq.ai uses cookies and similar browser storage.

We set the first-party SITE_LOCALE cookie when you visit a localized page or choose a language. It stores en or no for one year so the site can open in that language. We do not use this value to identify you.

Cloudflare security storage

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the request-demo and newsletter forms. Cloudflare can set cookies or use other device information to detect abuse and verify that a request comes from a person. Blocking this function can stop a form from submitting.

Tidio support chat

The Tidio chat script loads on each website page. Tidio can use cookies and persistent local storage before you open the chat. It uses browser and network information to provide, secure and remember the chat. If you send a message, Tidio also processes the information you enter.

Tidio controls the names and lifetimes of its storage and can change them. See Tidio’s privacy policy for its current description.

Website measurement

Our OpenPanel website events do not use an OpenPanel browser cookie, analytics session, visitor profile or browser identifier. The events go through our server and contain a normalized page route, language, action type and fixed values such as a button location or link destination.

Your choices

You can inspect, delete or block browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking the language cookie means the site must select a language again. Blocking Cloudflare or Tidio can prevent a form or the support chat from working. You can email hello@panoptiq.ai if a form or chat is unavailable.

Read our privacy notice for information about personal data.
