Terms for the PANOPTIQ website and services

These terms apply when you access panoptiq.ai or a PANOPTIQ service that does not have separate signed terms. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that organization.
PANOPTIQ AS is a Norwegian company with organization number 932 365 960 and address Toftes gate 43C, 0552 Oslo, Norway.
Orders and other agreements
A signed order, service agreement or data processing agreement can set different terms. That agreement takes priority where it conflicts with this page. A quote or pricing page is information until both parties accept an order.
Accounts
Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity results from our breach. Tell us promptly at hello@panoptiq.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep your rights to the images, video, 3D assets, text and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content in the service.
You permit us and our service providers to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions and meet our legal duties. A signed agreement can define this permission in more detail.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or services to:
- break the law or another person’s rights;
- upload malicious code or try to bypass access controls;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service without permission;
- access another person’s account or non-public data without permission; or
- use content that you do not have the right to use.
Our content
PANOPTIQ AS and its licensors keep their rights to the website, software, designs, documentation, logos and other service content. These terms give you only the right to use the service as described here and in an accepted order.
Third-party services
The service can link to or work with third-party services. Their terms and privacy notices govern their services. We are not responsible for a third-party service that we do not control, except where applicable law or a signed agreement says otherwise.
Availability and changes
We can maintain, change or discontinue parts of the website or service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a signed agreement says so. Mandatory rights and written service commitments still apply.
Suspension and ending access
We can limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, non-payment under an order or a material breach. We can also act when the law requires it. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
You can stop using the website at any time. An order explains how a paid or managed service ends. Our privacy notice explains how we process personal data.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability limit in a signed agreement applies to the service covered by that agreement. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow a party to exclude.
Norwegian law and disputes
Norwegian law governs these terms. Norwegian courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer right to use another law or court. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects an active service, we will give notice where reasonably practical.
