Your rights under the GDPR and how to use them

This page explains how to exercise your data protection rights with PANOPTIQ AS. Our privacy notice explains what data the PANOPTIQ website processes and why.

PANOPTIQ AS is the data controller for the processing described in our website privacy notice.

If an organization gave you access to a PANOPTIQ service, that organization may be the controller for data it placed in the service. You can still contact us, and we will tell you if your request must go to that organization.

Your rights

Your rights depend on the data and the legal basis for processing. They can include:

  • Information and access: Ask whether we process your personal data and receive a copy with information about the processing.
  • Correction: Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Ask us to delete personal data when the legal conditions for deletion apply.
  • Restriction: Ask us to limit how we use data while a question about accuracy, lawfulness or an objection is resolved.
  • Portability: Receive data you gave us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format when this right applies.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can always object to direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

The website processing described in our privacy notice does not make decisions based only on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

Make a request

Email hello@panoptiq.ai. State which right you want to use and give enough information for us to find the relevant record. Do not send an identity document unless we ask for one.

We may ask for more information when we cannot confirm your identity from the request. We respond within the time limits set by applicable data protection law.

Complain to the regulator

You can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. You may also contact the data protection authority where you live or work.
